FAITH GROUP — INTRODUCTION

“Humans do not only run with their legs — they run with their hearts.”

There is a truth everyone knows
but few dare to name:

People are running too much.

Running to keep up with work.
Running to keep up with others.
Running so they won’t be left behind.
Running to prove they matter.
Running to escape fear, pain, emptiness.

But the more they run,
the more they realize:

Some races do not happen in the legs —
they happen in the soul.

And it is those invisible races
that exhaust us the most.

Then one day,
when someone stops — even for a moment —
they suddenly see:

they don’t know why they are running
they don’t know where they are running
they don’t know what they are running from
and most frightening of all:
they no longer know who they are

In that moment,
humans begin searching for something
beyond the material world —
something sacred, steady, deeper, truer.

That something is:

Faith.

Faith — the seed planted in the roots of every human being

No matter how society changes,
no matter how turbulent the era becomes,
every human carries within them
a sacred inheritance:

a belief in goodness, truth, and the noble —
something beyond the limits of material life.

This belief may be buried under:

pressure
fear
wounds
disappointment
doubt

But it never disappears.

It only waits for a moment to awaken:

a bell,
a prayer,
a candle,
a breath,
a sentence,
a tear.

And when it awakens,
the human being begins to return.

A journey of returning

The Faith Group is divided into two parts:

1. Introductions to the great religions

Not to compare.
Not to debate.
Not to prove who is right.

But to see the beauty of each tradition —
like six rivers flowing toward the same ocean of the sacred:

• Buddhism — Mindfulness
• Avalokiteshvara — Compassion
• Christianity — Love
• The Virgin Mary — Comfort
• Islam — Surrender
• Judaism — Maturity
• Hinduism — Right Path
• Taoism — Naturalness

Each religion is a doorway.
Each tradition is a path.
Each faith is a light.

2. Healing stories through faith

This is the heart of The Prairie Story.

Here, we do not speak of doctrine.
We speak of people.

Real people.
Real pain.
Real exhaustion.
Real running.

And real moments of being saved:

– Someone stops when they hear a temple bell.
– Someone is forgiven when they look at the cross.
– Someone is held when they sit before the Virgin Mary.
– Someone releases their burden when listening to an imam.
– Someone softens when remembering a rabbi’s words.
– Someone finds their path again through the Gita.
– Someone becomes lighter through the Tao Te Ching.

Each story is a medicine.
Each medicine heals the illness of running.
Each healing is a path back to oneself.

These writings are NOT meant to…

Not to teach people to believe in religion.
Not to persuade anyone to convert.
Not to offer absolute truth.

But to remind humans:

They do not have to run alone.

And that:

When life is lived under the light of faith,
running is no longer suffering —
it becomes a mystery,
because we know we are being guided.
