Sometimes, one sentence is enough
to bring light back to the road.
Someone shared that they had been running for years:
running after success
running after expectations
running after what others wanted
running from the fear of being left behind
One day, they met a Gita teacher.
They spoke of their exhaustion, confusion, emptiness.
The teacher said softly:
“You are walking the wrong path.”
No judgment.
No lecture.
Just a sentence.
But it was a beam of light
shining into the place they had avoided.
They cried —
because they knew it was true.
That night, they did not find a new path.
But they knew they needed to stop.
And when they stopped, they began to see:
what is true
what is false
what is theirs
what belongs to others
what to keep
what to release
From that day, they walked slower —
but truer.
And when they walked the right path,
they felt the universe gently supporting them.
