One very dark night. He sat on a chair, desperate enough to want to disappear from life.
A sentence echoed in his mind: “I can’t live with myself anymore.”
And in that exact moment, a tiny recognition opened: If there is a “me” who cannot live with “myself,” then are there… two selves?
A question — not a philosophy. A crack of light — not enlightenment.
Through that crack, the ego dropped a little. The noise receded a little. And the “way in” opened.
Not through effort. But through recognition.
