5. SADHGURU — the moment boundaries dissolved

He sat beneath a tree. Not meditating. Not seeking. Not trying to become anything.

Just sitting.

Suddenly, he felt he was no longer “a person.” No longer “a body.” No longer “a self.”

All boundaries dissolved. No inside–outside. No me–others. Nothing to hold, nothing to let go.

He said: “I sat there… and I disappeared.”

Not enlightenment. Not philosophy. Not a mystical state.

Just a moment when the mind stopped building walls.

And in that disappearance, the way in appeared — as if it had always been there, waiting for separation to end.

Not through control. But through awareness.
