In his story, people lived in a cave all their lives. They saw only shadows. Believed shadows were real. Did not know there was light outside.
One person turned around. Not taught. Not guided. Not for a grand reason.
Just a very small movement: turning.
The light hurt his eyes. He did not understand. He was unsure he wanted to continue.
But he stepped. One small step. Then another.
And when he left the cave, he saw the world had never been as small as he thought, never as dark as he believed, never just the shadows he clung to.
The way in opened — from a tiny movement: turning back.
Not through knowledge. But through seeing.
